Snow… lots and lots of snow!

On Monday you could have been considered a bit of a wimp for not dealing with the snow, it wasn’t that bad. Today, however, it was back, and back properly.

Winter at WycliffeI honestly thought that more people would struggle to get into the office today, especially as Bucks council seems to be one of the councils that are struggling to source enough salt and grit to deal with the weather. However, work turned out to be kind of busy. Lots of people were around the center and there was plenty going on.

This evening though the snow has now started to melt. There could be more by the weekend but it looks as though this lot will have cleared and a lot of the ice will have melted. It will be nice to have some clear roads to give me the opportunity to explore the local area a bit more.

I am hoping that I’ll be able to go and watch Henley v Rosslyn Park on Saturday, but I have a feeling the weather will be too much and I’ll be reduced to watching the first game in the Six Nations. Normal service resumed!
